Watch out for the ice!

With all the winter storms we're having in the DC area please be careful when you're out and about. 

It's important for both your physical and mental health to enjoy at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, and a brisk walk in the fresh winter air is a great way to enjoy the season.  But with the ice storms that just came through our region, please take care and watch out for the black ice!

Remember to clear the sidewalk in front of your house and use salt to help prevent other people from slipping.
